While we like to make these braised pork belly and braised small intestines to go with our Bak Kut Teh meal, you can have this dish anytime with rice. Alternatively, you can make this to go with your homemade kway chap. Nap!!

Ingredients

Ingredients

3 pieces of pork belly
1 whole small intestine
1 cup dark soy sauce
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup Chinese rice wine
30g sugar
5 cloves of garlic (leave skin on)
2 cinnamon bark
some star anis and cloves
