Salted Vegetables with Pork Belly // 咸菜扣肉
This salted vegetables with pork belly is an elaborated version of what we normally eat from a bak kut teh stall in Singapore or Malaysia. You can choose to omit pork belly from this dish and just follow the same steps to derive at the typical bak kut teh style. If you don't like your vegetables to be too sourish, you can go for the ones with lesser leaves or just ask for the salted types.
