Steamed Minced Meat with Trio Eggs (Normal Egg, Salted Egg & Century Egg)

Just a quick note. If you're concerned about using cling wrap for steaming, you don't have to follow that step. We have stopped using cling wrap for steaming too after some of you reflected your concerns to us which we duly agree.

This recipe serves 4

100g minced pork
4 eggs
2 century eggs
2 salted egg yolks with egg whites from 1.5 of them
200ml chicken stock
dash of pepper
